Providing complete information in advance helps ensure your appointment time is used efficiently and thoughtfully.

Your first appointment will involve a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
During this visit, we will discuss:
Presenting concerns
Symptom history
Medical and psychiatric background
Developmental history (when applicable)
Functional impact on school, work, relationships, or daily life
Treatment goals
The purpose of this visit is to gain a clear understanding of your situation and begin developing an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment planning

Following evaluation, recommendations may include:
Medication management
Behavioral or lifestyle strategies
Therapy referral or coordination
School or work accommodations
Additional diagnostic assessment when appropriate
Treatment recommendations are tailored to the individual and discussed collaboratively.
Patients receiving ongoing care will participate in follow-up appointments to monitor progress, assess response to treatment, and make adjustments as needed.
Frequency of follow-up depends on the nature of treatment and clinical needs.
